Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service. These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Company(referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Mnemosphere Pte Ltd, 14-04, 160 Robertson Road, Singapore 068914.
  • Service refers to the VouchShot website, browser extension, and related software products that enable verifiable screenshot capture and verification.
  • Website refers to VouchShot, accessible from https://vouchshot.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

2. User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of Your account.

3. Verification and Service Limitations

VouchShot provides tools to create verifiable, tamper-evident screenshots using cryptographic signatures and mutation analysis. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The "Verified" status reflects the integrity of the capture process and the absence of detected modifications during capture. It does not guarantee that the underlying system, data, or webpage being captured is itself truthful or accurate.
  • Verification results are based on our analysis at the time of capture and cannot fully prevent sophisticated pre-load manipulation.
  • Public verification pages are provided as a convenience, and their availability is subject to our uptime and maintenance policies.

4. User-Generated Content

Our Service allows You to capture, upload, and share content such as screenshots and annotations. You retain all of Your ownership rights in Your content.

By capturing or uploading content to the Service, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display such content for the purpose of providing the Service (including displaying it on verification pages if You choose to share them).

You represent and warrant that the content is Yours or You have the right to use it, and that its use through the Service does not violate the rights of any person.

5. Subscription and Payments

We offer various subscription plans. By subscribing, You agree to pay the applicable fees described on the Service. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Refunds: We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of initial subscription purchase. After this period, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Service.

9. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. The Company provides no warranty that the Service will meet Your requirements or achieve any intended results.

10. Governing Law

The laws of Singapore, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
